Unbelievable. I didn't get sauce for my food so went in the lobby get some. I was perfectly polite asking the manager for some sauce please, when one of the employees yells across the store that there isn't any so we can check the back but "if there isn't any then that's just too bad." I'm always nice at fast food places cause I know it's stressful but I was never once rude and I wasn't even talking to that man? That on top of the slow service, I'm for sure never coming back. Oh, and there was sauce the manager got for me, so I guess the other guy didn't actually check first time.

The service is great, the employees are very friendly and very quick and efficient. I have a favorite employee, Dakota,that just brightens my day! He is very professional and handles customers with respect and a caring attitude. I come to this McDonald's very often, for the great food, great service, and the wonderful employees. Very satisfied and can't wait for my next visit.

McDonald's offers mobile app ordering. We ordered and sat by the sign for 20 minutes. The drive thru traffic was VERT light. I went inside and our order was sitting on the counter. The lady behind the counter said sorry, she didn't have anyone to bring out the order?? Isn't that how it's advertised?? Then when I got outside, the food was ICE COLD!! I had to go back inside and complain and wait another 10 minutes to get new food, AND THAT WASN'T HOT EITHER!!! Avoid this location at all cost. It's the worst one I've ever been to

This McDonalds evening manager and shift were awesome! They allowed our large group (like 50+ people!) to come in close to 9PM and were so kind and efficient at serving all of us! They let us stay and eat in the dining room also and we appreciate it. Thank you to all of the staff for your hard work! It was a treat for our kids group - and we had a good time!
