Please elaborate on the frequency and wavelength machine,where is it located?

I went to this hospital due to "ringers" caused by their system and communication breakdown. I was on 2 medicines, non psych related. They tried to introduce 7 more meds including psych meds without being seen by a Psychiatrist. The clothes I came in with were the only thing I wore for 8 days with 1 wash. Elle was one of 2 staff that only helped me by their moods and concerns for my wellbeing. One of my meds was being cut in half during administration and the other half stolen and picketed or thrown away. The frequency and Wavelength machine is off and wrong and that is why the city is full of crime in record numbers. The committee must fix this Jesse Bayside story and try to maori Elle as my wife, soon.
