Worst hospital for anyone in severe pain. Left a pregnant patient screaming crying for 5 hours in pain because they needed orders from the doctor they couldn't get a hold of. The new doctors are rude with bad attitudes. They don't take their time to really examine what's wrong. You will end up staying for longer than you should have only to be still in pain and have to go to a different hospital.

MD Mercy Mychart. ZERO stars! Worst customer care I have EVER seen!! A woman by the name of Sophia is trying to block me from my PCP of 15 years, quite literally. Since Worthington Physicians was taken over by Mercy Medical, there has been ZERO customer service or compassion for patients. Every patient is just a number or dollar sign. Guess it's worth the gamble to such a big Corporation to abruptly stop a patient from taking meds. We'll find out.

I had my daughter there in 2018 of December and they were so nice, My room was big, the comfort me, I had a safe delivery . I recommend everyone go to here to have your baby or anything !!! It’s amazing ! Best hospital ever

There two garages right on North Calvert St. Either one will bring you in near where most surgery's like that are done. There are information desks near both garages.
