All I am going to say it's horrible they take u as a joke I couldn't participate after I was told to come in all the way from Florida or the 3rd time due to race and did not get all my money after the pushed me into a totally different small study cuz some one did not show up there is other place never going back

Didn't tell you how to get to the office, and no one was readily available to direct us there once we got to the building. Was disqualified by a question that was asked over the phone already, and scheduled to come in - in person. I traveled over 200 miles for nothing. They need to be more organized.

One of the worst places you could possibly do a clinical trial. Half the staff is rude and indifferent, total lack of covid protocols (they will switch your bed out with the same bed a covid positive person has just left, as another review pointed out), food is disgusting/horrendous, and the payment is often late. Don't be surprised if you have long term injury after doing a study either, they seem to only be doing immunosuppressant, cancer, and vaccine studies for the last year or so. Avoid!!!
