Ms. Ann is a rude individual. Every time I come in she acts like she hates her life. When I had to ask her a question she always cuts me off. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but every time I come in my experience is horrible. Maybe you should not work in customer service or just retire. At least the younger employees are courteous and kind. You are a nasty and a mean individual.

My household didn’t get our mail on 11-24 and 11-26 ....I have the USPS app on my phone that shows me what mail we will be getting....the post office needs to check into this matter ASAP
They said they were short staffed but are getting packages out daily. They also stated certified and first class takes priority.. That's what I was told

I'm unaware of either service. Never had a need for it. You might be better off checking with your bank for notary services and perhaps Staples or Officemax for faxing.

If you are home when they deliver your mail simply ask for one. I believe they do carry them on the truck with them. Otherwise you will most likely have to go to the post office and get it
