Mark at &pizza - Brookland handled an order of 41 pizzas for our lacrosse team that was in the area from out-of-state. He was phenomenal! Polite, accommodating, and hard working - he made sure a team of hungry college students all had their choice labeled with their jersey number to grab and go after their game! Could not recommend Mark's &pizza location more highly! Thank you!

I ordered a build your own pizza and mozzarella knots. After it said my pizza was ready I waited another 30 minutes because it was still not ready. They offered to give me three extra pizzas because of my troubles as I was still waiting for the garlic knots. I ordered shrimp and there was no shrimp on the pizza which I paid extra for. When I finally got everything they only gave me one extra pizza and although that was nice and I don't want to be complaining-- but it was so so bad, The customer service was horrible they were helping people other than me and I was waiting, nobody was working- that it was worth a discount or something. I did not get shrimp they told me they were out &pizza Brookland on Monroe. Coming from someone who owns franchises this franchise owner needs to fire every single one of those employees and start fresh none of them work or know what they're doing.

I love this staff . Every time I come to this establishment it’s an amazing experience. My food is always to my liking and it never has a problem . Quan and his night staff are excellent and the customer service is always on point . They greet you which always make a customer’s day . I would recommend this store to family and friends !

I used to be a big fan of this place, but I just had my second consecutive disappointing meal from them. My last 2 pizzas have been scrawny,, they're very skimpy with toppings and cheese, the pizza is mostly crust without any toppings at all, and when one of my items wasn't delivered they refused to send a replacement and only offered a refund. There are too many decent pizza options in DC to keep being disappointed by this place.
