Been calling for days and going online and leaving messages NOTHING, how is it that this place ACTUALLY have people living there and NO FUNCTIONAL LEASING OFFICE OR AFTER HR SERVICE SMH... judging from the last few remakers

The apartments are all rented out. There is a very long waiting list. As you figured out administration is not very good except for threats when you are late with the rent. They are at the office but do not answer the phone. The doors are always closed and only accept people with appointments. Do not waste your time with any buildings that Concorde rents administers.
