I have always felt a wierd feeling in my apartment like there was someone watching me there is crazy people there the people that work in the office are rude and disrespectful the pool is nasty and never opene I do not recommend this place

I am going to be very clear, my cars windows were vandalized, a block of cement was thrown in the master bedrooms window which cracked and they saw it, in the gas station there is a couple of drug dealers and they exchange their items right in front of building F, there was a shooting 4 months ago, there are kids from the high school smoking weed in peoples stairs, there are young adults going around to see what they can steal next carrying guns. My boyfriend came over to my house every day and they were stating that he lived there asking for proof of address. They pay attention to the people that are quiet and don't bother anyone but the ones that are breaking rules and dealing with illegal things they are scared of them. I lived there for almost a year i left due to feeling threaten with my surroundings. The MARIA told my neighbor that I left because i did not wanted to bring my boyfriend proof of address and that i did not wanted to pay a $300 Dog fee. I was already half way done packing when they told me this since there is no security whatsoever. She also told him that i was saying that my neighbors were selling drugs something that never came out of my mouth. First of all they should not be telling people my business and i moved because i care about my 5 year old more than i care for them. In other words living under a bridge is safer than living there. They will have you calling the police for them instead of them doing what they have to do. Its not worth living in fear surrounded by drugs and guns. They definitely have favoritism because they scared of t=doing what they suppose to do.

DO NOT RENT HERE, ALOT OF FAVORTISM. Office lady Named MARIA AND HEIDY have no understandment. They always want letters written for what goes on in the apartments area instead of taking care of doing the job themselves and making sure it is a safe environment for everyone. People around sell drugs and they dont pay attention to that. Worst apartments ever. They dont understand . I have lived here for years and until this year since switch of management its humiliating. They dont do their jobs the way they should . You cant even have a visit for a few days because theyre watching and thinking that person lives there already and asking for proof of residency, what is that? Never went into the pool but Pool is ALWAYS closed. When open it is dirty even looks green. While i have been living quietly not bothering anyone, others at night have fights loud music cars making noises outside . Smoking and whatnot and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but decides to come for the more peaceful ones. Rent is always on time and the office lady always finds something to say even the smallest things.
