The air conditioning doesn't work well and they never really repair or replace it, the hallways are always dirty and littered, what you pay is above average and where is the quality?

Is there recycling pickup program? I’ve lived here in Courtney Chase for 5+ years & I’m pretty sure they don’t have a recycling pickup program here, which is ridiculous. I could be wrong though.
