The area accessed by the elevator is optional, not required. Everything you need to see is at ground level.

First come first serve wheelchairs and the elevator was not working when I went earlier this week. But yes it is very handicap accessible.

I just went through the entire gardens in a wheelchair. Very accessible. I don't know if they have any available though.

Yes and the wheel chairs are 1st come 1st served. A beautiful place. FYI: 2 weeks ago elevators were under repair. Still was beautiful place to visit with all the decorations for Christmas

Yes they have wheelchairs on a first come first served basis at the visitor center and yes the gardens are wheelchair accessible
