We went on a cool rainy day. And we found it to be quite comfortable inside. It was surprisingly a nice place to spend a rainy day in DC
Most of the garden maintains a similar temperature to the outside except for the tropical area which has to have a higher temperature. It's also very humid in the tropical area.
We went when it was cold outside. The temperature inside was comfortable enough we left our coats on, until we got to the rainforest room, which was pleasantly hot and humid.
As stated above the temp is for the type of plant and it depends what it's like outside if it feels good or hot, if it's above 65 outside of say it's hot for sure in the rain forest area.
No, the temperature is according to the type of plants.
