They want you to make an appointment over the phone they say they are still working from home. This was as of yesterday
I been knew they was working from home it sounds like it. I called in a worker put me in the system to go in for a card. I really wasn’t going in for a card he did that do I can go in to talk to somebody. Luckily a supervisor was at the front desk next to the customer service lady because she only knew how to handle cards and her little sidekick was sitting next to her laughing at everybody case she pulled up didn’t know what she was doing just laughing that people got cut off. When the supervisor walked up nothing was funny anymore and the supervisor helped me.
They still online but they drop box is open so you can walk inside and turn in paperwork directly at that box, I think things get done much faster when you drop directly at drop box since mailing has been so delayed. When I dropped of at drop box, they put it in the system so fast and even mailed me back a receipt but online fastest, it don't make sense, a important place won't just open back up but they open in the county with more white folks, don't get it
