90 min wait in office.3 hrs wait o phone. Staff is polite. However you have to “CYA” & keep accurate records because paperwork is often entered incorrectly.

I have called DHS 7 times including now! No one picks up the phone? When I gave them my phone number they answered they would have someone call me back. Well they then supposedly connecting me. WELL BEEN ON THE PHONE EACH TIME FOR 1 HOUR AND A HALF EACH TIME OR MORE! That music with the clapping is what I’m going to be playing outside there soon!!!!! ALL ARE DOCUMENTED. THEY EITHER NEED MORE HELP OR MORE COMPONENT PEOPLE! I wouldn’t have even given them 1 star!!!!

Go in to your local dss and apply or you can do it online but you still would have to go in
I really don't know about that. I think you can start the process but will still need to make a physical visit with documentation.
Meanwhile there is a self admitted YouTuber named Ashley Rheiner that collects free housing food stamps and an SS check while she gets paid by YT atleast 2-5K a month .. she doesn’t file taxes and her boss at Peas and Sliders make her fraudulent letters stating she only makes $150 a week!
Kick it
U have to apply online in the state that u live in
No. I drove past the office three days and all three days the parking lot was empty.

Go to office and apply
Yes but you have to call to get a card first. If it doesn't come you can go to your local office
I would come inside.
They are messing up alot of people cases sending things out and people aren't receiving mail from them at all or a month later its ridiculous they been home 2 years doing nothing
EBT cards are sent through the mail.
I think that goes through medical assistance. Check Maryland Health Connection but cash and food assistance can be applied for through social services.
Go online to maryland.gov and apply for assistance
Baltimore city dept. Of social services is still operating by appointment only basis , so you'll have to call your local call center and make an appointment , and then hopefully you'll be able to get things straightened out .
No you have to go to social security to get it. It comes in the mail in about 2 weeks.
It depends on what type of benifits you are requesting. There are different kinds of benefits.

Not a general fax. When you speak with a CSR they can give you a fax for a particular department

I've gotten it in a couple of days. It took me 3 months once because the guy who did my paper work never put it in the computer. It's up to your case worker. If he or she is about doing their job and not being lazy you should get it in a day or two.. But you got to stay on top of them
U can apply online as well at mydhr...for baltimore city click on food supplement create an acct click on register to start....once u come to DSS we can pull the app for u to receive an interview....hope this helps
