I asvise that NOBODY sent mail USPS to Florida. It all goes to this facility which is dreadful. Packages are always lost, weeks late, opened and sealed. Moreover you can never get a get anyone one a worming phone number! STAY AWAY FROM

I'm having same issue. Package sitting there for 10 days now. Are they eventually delivered. This is horrible. My kids were relying on this package for Christmas

Its now 12 23 18. My package is still at Jacksonville distribution center- I have called. Left massagws, called usps 800 line, made official complaint by email with confirmation and case number. STILL NO ANSWERS- STILL SITTING THERE A MONTH.
