Whew! What a relief! Air is back on thanks to Northeast Fl Heating&Air. Great 2-man team replaced the coil that went bad Wed pm. Replacement ordered yesterday, installed first thing this am. As always, great response and great techs. We’re long-time clients for a reason!

Thank you for your question. Our service call charge includes a senior technician with a van stocked full of common parts, he will diagnose the outside condenser, the inside air handler and thermostat. We only charge $98 which is waived if you decide to have service work done at that time.

I need a “complete” air duct system with 10 vents & handler cleaned and sanitized. Do you follow FDA and NADCA guidelines and do you use the preferred truck mounted equipment or the portable blow and go? Is the quoted price what I will actually pay?
