Iv been a patient for for a year now, they used to be amazing in every way and very simple to get into your account and do what you needed , BUT they switched to this new system. It sucks SO BAD, there is no way to see your bills online or pay, and there’s no way to cancel your appointments online or do anything online! You have to call them for everything now and who knows when they’ll get back to you. They need to go back to the system they had before!!

They illegally charge.credit cards, doctors don't follow up, and they don't return calls about their issues. I would never trust my or my family's medical care with this group.

Our experience at Connections has been great! It has definitely helped our daughter, and we are so thankful. Kayla, Remy and Team have helped her process her past traumas as well as built up her coping skills.

On the off chance you manage to even get ahold of someone to schedule an evaluation be prepared to pay your deposit same day/same call or you will be left unable to ever get ahold of ANYONE again to finalize registration and make your deposit. the eval doc will also tell you they will follow up a few hours after that appointment and then also wont call. No one provides an extension meaning every call goes through the mainline. Eval on Monday, called on Wednesday morning to make the deposit. Every time we call we are transferred to a different department, who then acts confused and transfers us somewhere else where it rings for eternity and then asks you to leave a voicemail. 5 hours, 5 calls and 15 transfers. Our deposit still isn’t paid, our voicemails have not been returned and there is no confirmation on when or where treatment will even begin. Unless someone actually manages to call us back but based on the history so far 🤷♀️ I would think this particular part is the hardest part for most people seeking treatment. Having the funds, then having the courage to actually call back and sign themselves up. I’d also think the lack of staff, lack of follow up, and lack of communication is a clear indication of the kind of care being provided here. Can’t imagine finally admitting you need help, being at your most vulnerable then being dropped and ignored by the facility and staff that are supposed to be helping you. Wondering if you inability to get ahold of someone is actually just a sign from the universe that you don’t NEED treatment. Truly a sick dangerous game being played with some of the most vulnerable members of the community.

We just recently opened in mid 2018 - right around August!
We do indeed accept Cigna insurance for all levels of care we provide!
Tev is correct! The psychiatrists are indeed in network with UHC and many other insurances, too!
Hi D'Ann! Unfortunately, we do not offer sliding scale pricing. We do, however, have creative ways to ensure finances are not a barrier to treatment. We have a third party partner who offers the ability to finance the cost of treatment interest free! Feel encouraged to give us a call to see if this option would be right for you!
