Where can i get there number?? I've received a package that looks to have been opened and sealed up again with tape. The expensive item i was supposed to get was not in the package! I suspect they are doing something illegal there at Jacksonville.

You need to go to the main post office in Downtown Jacksonville. It is on Kings Road, Exit 353 C off of I-95 North. Take the ramp, turn left which is the only way you can turn, and it will be on your left after you go underneath the overpass. Depending on what was in the package maybe the key as to why it was opened. If it was anything illegal in there, it was confiscated. Otherwise Raise cane with the postmaster there. Everything goes through the main post office or as we call it the P&DC. (Postal & Distribution Center). The NDC is for trucks only. You cannot enter there without authorization. Stuff like this is only handled at the Main Facility downtown. I don't have the phone number for the main facility. You can get it from your local facility there near or in Chicago.

Get uses to it. This place is a joke. I have several packages that have never made it, lost for weeks, or opened and presents removed. Beware

My package was mishandled and there is nothing I can do about it.

I'm not going to drive down there from Chicago just for that. My item was definitely not illegal. There's been many reviews of items missing and delayed from Jacksonville FL network facility, this place needs to be shut down and investigated
