No elevator only stairs. But there is plenty to see without climbing the stairs. Only problem is that the cannon & musket demonstrations are on the upper deck of the fort.
No, unfortunately, there is not an elevator at Castillo de San Marcos.
Stairs open to sunshine, go early morning or evening.
