Call assisting the elderly person who was a survivor of covid-19 and needed help with their utilities. Haley was the person that called and left a message. I called back Haley was very professional,👍 knowledgeable,✨ caring,🥰 understanding, 💯you can feel that she cared about people and she represented the United Way well. Due to her professionalism understanding and information I believe that I'm able to assist the elderly person to help them. She should be clearly giving a raise and appreciation for her excellent work. This call (due to Haley's conversation, and devotion ) has persuaded me to now donate to the United Way is indicative of it's purposes, then I'm going to support the United Way.

Can you all deliver cuz I don't have a car

Our tax appointments at the United Way location are designed to be done while you wait in your vehicle. If you don’t have a car and you are using ride share/ or taxi you may want to request a second separate pick up as the wait time is approximately 1.5 hours. That is not ideal when a meter is running.

At this point you can get in touch with the Salvation Army to see what shelters are available and where they are located, I hope this was helpful,,,,, yiC 😇
