This used to be such a convenient and good station but after covid it really went downhill. Hardly any vendors are open, it's dirty and doesn't feel quite safe. The trains do still run on time for the most part though and the staff are very friendly and accommodating

Getting to the right platform and area on the platform can be confusing. In addition, there was caution tape up making it seem like you could not cross to the other side. Ended up missing the train we were trying to catch on our way home. Septa really needs to get their act together in the downtown area. If we were simply visiting the area, we would surely be lost. Really bad planning.

These questions are here to ask helpful questions about the business itself. For up to date information on train times check SEPTA's website or Twitter page!

If you want to change your ticket, you may want to go to passenger services, across from the ticket counters, between track 1 &2 stairwells.
