Cars were allowed to park in the parking shuttles pick up areas and it was dangerous walking out between moving cars to get to the shuttle.

It's Philly so it is bad. The concourse is too long to not have moving sidewalks so be prepared to walk

Flying out to AZ and AA has us flying out of terminal A, no TSA in A, very limited shops and food options, a far cry from terminals B/C.

Best bet maybe the train to Philadelphia first, then train or bus from there!
The airport is open, terminal A is not. All check in formerly at A West is now at terminal B/C.
