Decent sized parking area, clean and well maintained. The chain link fence on the sides of the pedestrian bridge are covered in rusty old locks, and interesting feature. Nice Beach!

No, you park across the street and go to the beach through a raised crosswalk
Nope. Simply because you have nowhere to park. All of the public access parking is closed from midnight until 530am or 600am.
Yes but I think it means for parking though as it would be hard to enforce the miles and miles of beach.
