I dont think so either. We were there today. Did not smell anything or see mold.

No .. It's a fort cover in sea shells and concrete .. Plus there's too much salt in the air for mold to grow .!

There is no mold. What you see on the walls is a result of humidity in the Coquina. Algae grows on the walls. There are times with wind, dirt get's picked up in the air and it settles there.
Most areas of the fort are outdoors or in naturally ventilated spaces. Anyone concerned about airborne mold should plan accordingly.
Didn't see any, like others have said, with all of the salt, it's unlikely. My wife has allergies, and she was fine during our visit.
