If the weather was too cold for some animals, they would be kept inside. Sometimes warming lamps can be set up in some of the enclosures to keep them warm. I always enjoy the zoo in the cooler and even cold months.
Some are in and some are out. So u may not be able to see all. What really matters to me is whether me and my kids will enjoy the zoo trip in this weather? My personal preference/answer is "no".
