Weve had our zoo membership for about 10 years and we have never had our picture taken. We have The family membership plus two extra guests. We've never had our pictures taken . We just show our ID with our Zoo membership card upon entry.
If you're still using the original systems card, you would need to go to get updated cards for each individual family member. They have updated the membership system so that a picture is taken of each family member(including children) and they get their own cards with their name so, now, you can send their card without you. BUT, in order to update, the primary account holder has to be present.
