Feeding the giraffes is an amazing experience & not nearly as pricey as you'd expect. They also have an area where you can pet stingrays & get pretty up & close to tigers. The major monkey exhibit is closed due to construction but both Zebras & sone kind of monkey on the Africa loop, which is full if some really good other animals.
The monkey enclosure is getting upgraded right now. I am not sure it is open yet. She should still love it.

You can hand feed the giraffe...they are beautiful...two babies and a year old is there too. Of course zebras but not many monkeys. They are completely working on a new around about with the monkey exhibits... But go anyway yall can go again to see it when it is finished...it will be worth it. We loved our experiences and we are 60 years old. Also the train is cool she will live that. You also get a chance to behind the scenes and see a few different animals and where they sleep ...etc. Enjoy your trip together! !
