Yes, there's parking right at Grand Central. It costed us $20 on a Saturday evening for about 1.5 hours. Best part is the parking is connected to the Grand Central and you can just walk through inside the building to get to SUMMIT One without having to walk outside in cold.
Best bet is to take the subway. Unless you enjoy driving in almost dead end traffic. There are plenty of garages you can park at for a fee. 4 5 or 6 train to Grand Central. Stay underground and it will lead you to the entrance to SUMMIT
Yes there is paid parking facilities nearby.
The metlife parking is available. You may get better rates using parking apps.
