Purchased a pizza last night and the crust was so hard it was inedible. The pizza looked like it would be next day left overs. Tried calling the store with no answer but figured since it was late they were probably closed so no big deal. We thought this was going to be a laughable experience and even took video of the pizza. Brought the pizza back in to exchange it this afternoon was berated by the manager claiming that I dug it out of a trash and refused to exchange the pizza. Cheap or not, I will never purchase from this company again. I will gladly spend my money where people are treated with dignity.
I will be honest here...I have never had a problem with the Apache Junction Little Caesars. I go once a week to get their large thin crust pepperoni and cheese bread and they are friendly, show me my pizza before I leave and the pizza is great. Not sure if I am just lucky or others are going at times that are busier?? I will continue to go weekly but keep a more watchful eye on the pizza makers. Either way if you have had a bad experience, definitely contact corporate if the manager is not cooperating.
It is not required to have a food handlers card in apache junction. I reccomend calling store owner for complaint.
