Went here tonight arrived more than 15 minutes prior to closing. Honestly maybe even sooner. Just sitting in drive thur waiting to get help. People in there didn’t even acknowledge me at all could see them literally hiding. Like just simply say your closed door by play little weird kid games? Super unprofessional. Then parked to go in same thing they hide and finally came out to say they closed. Okay why couldn’t you tell me while I’m hanging out in drive thur?

Went to another KFC only to find them closed, Came to this one. after waiting a few minutes in drive through to order a 16 Piece and was told they only have dark meat. how is that even possible. and told them no its not ok. at 6 PM you should have ALL available food ready. was told nothing can be done. and if i wanted to i would have to wait over 40 minutes because their Fryers malfunctioned and shut down and they have to heat up, "so its not our fault" The fryers do not just shut down unless YOU shut them down. When i ran KFC's they had 4 Fryers. I know the game your played. shut down and have almost no cleanup when you close at 10. everyone in that building needs FIRED if this is the best you can do. absolutely unacceptable

You would think common . sense (if you had any)would tell you if you look at the empty bin of chicken to COOK MORE CHICKEN At 7pm Friday night when people are out trying to get something to eat..but NOOO... instead tell someone ordering 50 dollars worth of food they need to wait 30 to 40 minutes..this is not an isolated incident.. I've been going here for 15 years and this sort of nonsense from the shift manager happens more times than not..I hope the owner reads this because next time I'll take my business right down the street to the new Church's

Went to see how the chicken sandwich compares with what they show on the TV commercial. I've seen the McDonald's commercials and several of the other fast food places. KFC's did not disappoint. This is a very good chicken sandwich. Just the right amount of breading, and it tasted like it was freshly cooked. This is a good place to go for chicken!
