i just went in to check my oil to see if i needed an oil change.instead of trying to steal business the whole team said my oil is good to go and they reset my oil timer. great people who are knowledgeable and actually care oabout people. i will definitely bring my car back.

If you value your car, DO NOT COME HERE! I brought in my 2020 vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation because the dealership was backed up over 2 weeks. While they were working on my car I asked if they could make sure the tire pressure was correct when they rotated the tires, and they said they would do that (they didn't). I watched in terror as 3 technicians attempted to get oil into my car which they spilled about 1/2 a quart of oil all over my engine (This took 2 hours of driving just to burn it off my engine, and boy was it smoking). When they finished and I jumped back into the car, I noticed they rotated my tires incorrectly (I do not have directional tires), they did not reset my TPM sensors (so my tires did not align to the gauge on may dash), and they did not check the pressure. After talking to the tech, they stated that is how everyone does it and that I was wrong. After showing the technician the user's manual and explaining it was done incorrectly, he stated there wasn't anything he could do. I asked for a refund on the tire rotation, but was told No. Wrote an email to Corporate explaining my issue, and was contacted by the Owner of the business. He did provide a refund on the tire rotation (thanks!), so I took the car to Discount Tire and after explaining what happened they provided me with a 50% discount on the service. I now know why the bays are empty almost all of the time, and for the future my car will be going to the dealership to have these services performed by certified technicians who can do it for half the price of Jiffy Lube.

Extremely nice guys work was fast and efficient the man even took the time to politely explain what he did and why it was a Simple oil change and overall check nothing big the whole thing took about 15 minutes cant beat that
