Of all the terrible fast food restaurants I've dealt with lately, this place put a smile on my face. The food was delivered on time and the delivery driver was great! Kudos to this location.

5-2-22 - #239 portal pickup. I placed an online order for the portal pickup. When I got there the young man said the guy in the back was cutting it up. He brought it to the front and gave it to me, I took it home and obviously got someone else's order. It was deep dish Pepperoni and I paid for the deep dish three meat which is more than just Pepperoni. The pizza was good as usual though. I will look at it before I leave again

Service has gone way down hill. Tired to order 1 pepperoni pizza & waited over 20 minutes. When it came out, it was uncooked & the only thing that was cooked was the outer crust. Had the boy remake it twice because it was still uncooked & when the kid brought it out the third time, it was still the same as the other 2. He eventually told me he wouldn't make our pizza & when giving me my money back he shorted me quite a bit & refused to give the full amount. So I left with nothing to eat & lost some of my money in return. If you want little Caesars pizza I recommend going to a different location & if you can afford it, I recommend going to pizza hut across the way.

Terrible from start to finish. Tried to call in our order so we could just go pick it up and they put the phone down after picking up and said they'd be with me in a minute and after 6 minutes of waiting and screaming in the phone to get someone's attention I hung up. My daughter went in and you have a bunch of young kids working in there that could give two craps about anything. She stood there 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her need to revamp that location.😵
