Yes! The Fort Wilderness Sites app is available at least in Android Play Store. It is a very basic app but anyway it clearly shows all the loops and every single site in the park area with pictures so you can have a general idea of how they are.
Join the Fort Fiends and download the app! It has a picture and explanation of each sites amenities
I don't think one exists publicly. However, if they give you a site that doesn't fit your rig as well as you'd expect, you can call them and get reassigned.
I haven't found one so far. It'd be something nice to have, though.
Just stayed at Ft wilderness and they don't give out a map with the actual site numbers. The check in desk has a book with very crude maps of each loop. I have made a map myself of the loops I like.
Use Google Earth to get an idea. I don't think there is an actual photo map - well, maybe for the staff but not for regular people. You check in at a guard shack.
I don't think such a thing exists.
