Bus, golf cart, bikes or walk!
Find a bus stop and they take you throughout the property and stop throughout depending on the stop you want to get off is where you get off. Yellow bus I believe.
Depends what loop you are in 100, 200, 400 and 700 walk, the rest walk to the bus stop and take a bus to the Settlement and walk down to the boat.
You got to follow the map in the campsite all the way to the lake on the north area
