I had a horrible experience, manager was aware of problem but did not even have the courtesy to come to our table. Poor management and created a poor dinning experience

I had slow service there also , been there x4 times and every time was something else. lunch and dinner , same result

You got lucky, I've been there more than once and have had horrible experiences everytime. We definitely won't be returning.

Sorry you had that experience. We went there when we went to Orlando and the service was excellent. From Canada every place we ate was very accommodating to us. You were not by chance wearing your pajamas and paying with com·ple·ments? ;)
