This place has a very pleasant atmosphere. The attention of your staff is excellent! And, the menu that we chose, my husband and I, to eat, we enjoyed it very much, everything was delicious! I wish to repeat this pleasant experience soon!

Disappointed with the service here. Walked in and waited at an empty host stand, then once we were shown a table we waited for a waitress to come by, and then we waited longer again for all of our food to come out. Salads came out with entrees. Probably won’t be back with so many other options in the area.

Seeing that was a statement and not a question, let me make a statement towards your statement. You should have spoke to the manager while AT the restaurant already. Okay, maybe you were pressed for time. There's contact information on your receipt. Not only for the restaurant location itself, but for corporate situations that say to contact them for any questions and/or concerns.
Well, I'm white and had exactly the same experience that you had. I'm with you that there's a problem in that restaurant, but don't think it's only Latinos. At least they took your drink order, no one ever even came to our table to do that. After waiting 10 minutes and bring completely ignored, we got up and left. It was a sad lesson for my daughter to have to learn, but it looks like ALL races can be discriminated against.
I had slow service there also , been there x4 times and every time was something else. lunch and dinner , same result

They have barriers between the seating areas & or spacing between seating; I also saw wipe downs often. Silverware available upon request, otherwise it's plastic.
