Yes, if you're a renter or owner you can organize your gathering at the clubhouse.
Yes we have a clubhouse. Guests May work out the use of the Clubhouse through the Owner of the apartment they are using as a vacation rental. There is a deposit and cost for cleaning etc. the pool area is not available for gatherings. Best Beach Getaways (941) 757-9192 is the on site vacation property rental manager at Runaway Bay.
They do have a club house just not sure if it can be for private gatherings.
