While the condo owner was attentive and the condo was spacious, I would not recommend this particular complex to families. Children are not allowed in the pool until 10:30 am due to “quiet time”, the residents are RUDE, the pool closes at 8 pm and the men’s restroom at the pool wasn’t accessible the entire duration of the trip. Our condo also had an insect problem that the owner said they’d address. There was good access to the beach and we had no issue with parking. If residents of Runaway Bay dislike tourists so much, the board should consider not allowing owners to rent. This is our 3rd trip to the island and we have never encountered a place like this.

It is such a wonderful place to stay in Ana Maria. It is a short walking distance to the beautiful beach. We enjoy the beautiful pool. We have stayed here twice and had a great time at both time.

Most units have WiFi. When you book a unit look at amenities and what is included. I have never booked a unit there without WiFi
Trailers, campers and watercraft are not permitted on property - vehicles only. There is one numbered parking space per unit - Guest spaces are first come first served. All owners have at least 2 permits for Guests - all vehicles must display the parking permits. Kelly there are camper grounds in and around the city of Bradenton. I also understand some of the personal storage places take boats, campers and trailers.

Every condo is individually owned and rented out. You must ask the owner of the unit you are looking at those kinds of questions.

Yes, if you're a renter or owner you can organize your gathering at the clubhouse.
It depends on who your rental manager is. There is no lock box on property.
I think it depends on the owner of the unit. Each unit has a different owner and it's up to them. I always rent the 2 BR and they have always had a w/d. There is a laundromat on property.
