Trailers, campers and watercraft are not permitted on property - vehicles only. There is one numbered parking space per unit - Guest spaces are first come first served. All owners have at least 2 permits for Guests - all vehicles must display the parking permits. Kelly there are camper grounds in and around the city of Bradenton. I also understand some of the personal storage places take boats, campers and trailers.
1 parking and 1 guest pass per unit. However depending on the time of year, there are usually plenty of parking spots available.
