Don, my suggestion is call the store directly. I think they do, but not sure. There's another Safeway that does. Super Walmart on Estrella Pkwy next to the I-10 definitely does. Use them, likely cheaper w/good hours.
Fry's on Watson offers call in orders and pickup when the order is filled. You are notified when your grocery order is complete.
Not at the Estrella and Elliot store.
