Please make sure you are hiring people who are actually good with customer service and have a voice and can speak up… having employees who are rude and snap at you for asking them to speak up as some are hard of hearing… is absolutely disgusting.. and won’t will not help your company grow. Ariana was absolutely disrespectful in the drive thru, was giving dirty looks and definitely didn’t have manners.

The food was so delicious, I wish I would've gotten double string bean chicken instead and everyone else behind me in line followed suit. It's always a busy location.

The food doesn't taste like panda anymore. Something different about how it's cooked and the portions are decreasing by the shipment. Beef and broccoli was soupy. Been going here too long. I will find another one.

Waited in line for a pickup order for 45 minutes. The pickup line itself got to be about 20 people long while they continued to just serve the in store line and drive thru. Only 1 time they updated us all saying the chicken will take 3 minutes to make, and 20 minutes later still nothing. After about 35 minutes everyone started to complain about waiting so long, someone started writing down names to make orders for and still no progress. Finally a lady who waited over 35 minutes wanted to know where her food was and one of the workers called her a Karen. One of the lady’s who eventually got their food only got half of her order and had to walk into the kitchen to get an answer. If you don’t have enough workers, don’t take so many online orders. If you have 15+ people waiting for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready 30+ mins ago, stop taking orders for the people who order inside. Doing that only makes the pick up line longer, and waiting 45+ minutes for 1 order is ridiculous.After all of that i only got half of my meal.
