My neighbor has 2 pit bulls that is not secured..when other people walk their dogs the dogs come out and also they run loose thru the neighborhood..What can be done

Actually they would be picked up because of the violation of leash laws

The only reason they would be seized would be if they attacked. A person or another dog but animail control would be who to call but id try to talk to them first not all pitbulls and mean there actually one of the sweetest nd Goofyest breeds of dog

Report them they will be picked up

Call animal control. They will go out and educate the owner on the leash law and Make sure the dogs are legal. If the problem continues, the owner can be fined. If the dogs are picked up, they may be adopted out, rescued or they risk euthanasia.
