This is a first come first served location. You will need to go to the SPCA to see what pets are currently available. You can look on their website, but the availability online is not changed in real time.
They almost always have at least a Chihuahua from my visits but like Paula says it changes constantly.
Yup, just like the comments above, there are new dogs every day. Best way to find out is to go and see for yourself! I’m sure you will find a chihuahua or another dog. :)
