I have to say they are very horrible if you ever want to do a call in for pick up I think they must have one guy and if he is not in then, there is no one to take your order and then they just say have a good day. I honestly could not believe it

For real just go in and order way better and faster and if it's super busy they give you free rolls sometimes for your 38 min wait time.

Though this is nowhere near a question, the reason why it takes a while is that this it isn't McDonald's. When are you getting an order to pick up? On a weekend? You'll be waiting about 30 min at least due to a hundred people are doing the same thing. In the end, the quicker you get your food, the lower the quality it will be. If you're worried about time, actually call ahead sooner than getting into the parking lot.
