The room was dusty. It smelled awful. The beds were miserable. And the location near the freeway meant it was loud. All night. The website says it included an air dryer. Not so. Imagine how disappointed I was not having packed mine, because it said "included". I had an early morning, which means stores to buy one, were not open. The coffee maker was missing the pot, and was dusty. When we called the front desk for help, all they would say was "oh, we don't have extras" or "you called at the wrong time, I'm the night shift, I don't know. You'll have to call back in the morning". The website also says breakfast included, this was also untrue. Thus leaving us to scramble to figure out breakfast, because we had planned on the hotels "included" one, as per the website. To top that all off, my daughter left her watch and necklace in the windowsill. The staff "never found it". They were also less than helpful trying to see if they did find it. Giving us the run around the whole time. Update the website, or keep getting negative reviews. I would highly recommend not staying here, for any price or reason.

Called ahead to see if pool and hot tub worked Payed 125 dollars for one got here the hot tub jet dial looks like it hasn't worked for years. Then went to my room to shower and there was no warm water at all. Got out went to call the office picked up the phone and the phone was not working either. Moved the dresser found the cord plugged it in. Called it took an hour to get it fixed. Set the clock that was not set. Went to bed. Woke up at 8:30 called down to see were breakfast was. She says were not doing breakfast i said when when are u. She said we don't offer breakfast. Well its says they do all over there own website. She never even said sorry or anything. Would recommend this place to anyone. And not coming back.

Dirty, no pillows, throw up harden on the floor. They held a $50.00 for incidentals refunded all but $3.00 because they said we stained a washcloth. That was not true. The towels and washcloths were all stained when they left them in the room. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. I have bites all over my legs. This hotel is full of bed bugs. They advertise breakfast, but when you arrive they have a sign on the window indicating that they are not serving breakfast. Dirties place that I have ever stayed.

The guys at the front desk were polite. However when I got to my room. I was quite disgusted. First of all the smell is putrid. The sides of the mattresses, were stained. There were chips underneath the sheets. The blow dryer didn't work and when we asked if they had another one, we were denied one. There was white stuff all over the door. The phone was incredibly dirty. The drain in the sink had something in it and it was incredibly disgusting looking. We asked for a couple extra towels and were told they had none. Over all it was incredibly disgusting and I will never stay there again. Would not recommend. Then didnt even get my whole deposit back 😡
