Seven brothers has been amazing to work with. They came and gave me a thorough estimate, got us scheduled, followed up prior to the move with clear guidance on how to best prepare, showed up on time with two crews and worked hard til the job was done! We had a large job and their estimate was accurate and thousands of dollars cheaper than the other companies I got bids from. I was so grateful for their hard work and they were so careful with all my things all while being so polite and friendly. It is so convenient that they have secure storage available for us to keep our things safe until our new home is ready for us to move into next month. We are so glad we chose seven brothers!!

Be suspicious of owner supplied pictures and overly positive reviews. I selected 7 Brothers based on its good reviews, their commitment to wrap furniture, and their statement on their website that they have “over 16 years of experience moving, delivering and installing safes.” My experience was very different than the favorable reviews. I had two gun safes to move, including a gloss black Browning Medallion safe. 7 Brothers brought plastic wrap to the loading site, but did not wrap a single piece of furniture. I provided more than enough moving blankets, but they did not use most of those. Both safes suffered damage, especially the gloss black safe, which has significant damage on all sides and the top. Several other items had damage including a cut in a leather couch. They broke an expensive outdoor light fixture without telling me about it. I made a claim for damages and 7 Brothers paid the claim quickly, but their contract states their “liability for lost or damaged items is limited to $0.60 per pound per article up to 20%” of their fee. 20% of the fee I paid was $411.36. So, I received $411.36 for thousands of dollars of damages. They did make good use of the space in the truck and time. Monitor the work to make sure they wrap items and buy extra insurance for damages, if available.

I had the pleasure of having Sampson, JD and Tasha come to help with our move. I was so impressed with them. They were pleasant, thorough, and great personalities. They were efficient and I was shocked we were done so quickly. I was concerned about some heavy items that needed to be moved but they handled them with ease. I would highly recommend them. So nice seeing work ethic alive and well. Well done!

This company is beyond amazing. They made the entire process so easy and comfortable. Rebekha helped me prep for the day, and did an amazing job managing my expectations. She made sure that we spaced out things well so no one was overwhelmed. She was great about pricing--she made sure to give me the max amount possible so that I wasn't surprised by last-minute cost increases. We came in under budget (even after tip!) and it took less time than we expected. And that's not even talking about the move itself! I've never worked with a company that worked so hard to help the whole process feel comfortable and relaxed for me. The move itself was fantastic. They took amazing care of everything. They went above and beyond--not only did they move everything safely and efficiently, they were very kind and polite. Moving is so, so stressful--they made it so easy and comfortable! Highly, highly recommend. They make moving feel easy. :)
