Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lehi - Thanksgiving Point

I booked this hotel after spending all day with my family at the provo water park!! We arrived pretty late super easy check in the front desk lady was very nice!!! We booked a sweet to accommodate our family of 6 in one room!! After the long day we all had to take turns showering which put us to bed pretty late!! In the morning I put a do not disturb sign on the doors cause the little ones where so tuckered out!! They began knocking at the door at 8:30 🤦‍♀️ an I told them I had little ones still sleeping!! Then they knock again at 9 my little ones where still sleeping mind tough check out isn't till 11 🙄!! Then the phone rings shortly after that I pick up an ask if I can get a late check out an they said No so I start picking up its not even 10 by this point!! At 10:30 they call AGAIN by this time all the kiddos are awake,dressed an we are packing I politely told them I would be out by 11 but this is ridiculous I have never stayed anywhere that basically was trying to force us out of the room immediately!! Check in isn't till 3 anyway!! We definitely will stay somewhere else next time!!!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast that is offered was nice. The person working it was helpful and constantly monitoring the food in order to bring more out. On our stay the pool was busy. Overall I would stay here again.

Our stay at Lehi was great. We stopped for a quick stay just overnight before heading home again. My friends and I only experienced one hiccup the entire stay upon check-in. There was a slight miscommunication (and a tad unnecessary attitude from the front desk) that was immediately resolved and all was well. We are all (three of us) college students traveling back home and felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. This hotel is kept very clean and nice, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was not half-bad. This hotel is SUPER close to the Outlets at Traverse Mountain, multiple gas stations, and other food locations. We stayed on a Sunday evening and the hotel seemed relatively quiet. This made for. Avery relaxing peaceful stay after a long day driving.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is new and very clean and bright. Excellent pool and hot tub, the breakfast was great, and everything made our stay very enjoyable. Was also within walking distance to several restaurants. If we ever are travelling through Lehi in the future, we would definitely stay here again.
