I've paid a rate of $30 per day (+taxes) for a stay longer than a week. But, depending on what local events are happening (balloon festival, state fair, gathering of nations, etc.), a rate that low may not be available, even for a longer stay.
Nice place with kitchen but nothing is provided you furnish everything
I think its about 300, need yoir own toilet paper and towel, only one will be provided
