The room wasn't completely clean, and a couple lamps didn't work, but the room (suite) was spacious and they brought a rollaway bed at no additional cost. Took them a few hours to get the bed brought up, but they were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, pool was comfortable, hot tub not working. Overall, I could see staying here again at some point.

I will give their customer service 5 stars for immediately understanding why we did not want to stay there, and explaining how we could contact priceline for a refund. Everything else, 0 stars. I now understand others' reviews that say the pictures don't match at all what the rooms look like. Our room had torn and stained curtains, the couch was stained, the desk/table was covered in greasy food like someone ate there and no one had been in to clean since. Most importantly there were multiple live and dead cockroaches on the floor and walls. It's clear that they just don't clean the rooms between guests and don't pay for adequate pest treatment. We stayed at a La Quinta instead, not a fancy place, a little run down, but CLEAN! And pretty much the same price.

Positive: Hotel people are Great. Nice bar and the bartender she is awesome. Great Hotel for the price with smooth check in. Negative: I really think Hotels should not allow pets. Watched a couple leave with a small dog, something else possibly a cat in a small cage and walking out with a giant Dog that was as big as me. Hotels should classify those rooms as pet friendly

Positive: centrally located for travel, dining and shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful. We feel safe at this location. Have had no issues with staff or security. Free breakfast is a plus, as is the free cocktails upon checkin. Negative: The property could certainly use some remodeling. Rooms are run down and need repair, depends on the room, some are better than others. I recommend the tower, rooms are better. but clean and comfortable, have stayed before, will again for the price.

That is one thing you got to take up with the hotel I dont work for them

I was guest at hotel on Jan 24-26 & the stay was 'problematical'. I was charged $466.99 on Feb 9. Feb 10, charged again for $170.77. If that is your customary 'hold',why so late and still pending? Explain & refund to me. Bank involvement pending.
