Excellent hotel stay. Had a decent hot breakfast. The hotel location is located in a mid point making it accessible to almost all eateries and gas stations. The hotel is near to Costco. Being a Costco member, we refilled gas at Costco, which saved us some money. The hotel was close to Interstate, which makes us accessible to connect to Arizona immediately. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. The wifi was good.

Well this is our second time staying in a hotel in Albuquerque and we were disappointed again. We reserved our room they asked us if we would like a king or two queens, we chose a king room. Well about 20 minutes before we arrived, I received a call informing me that our room was going to be 2 queens, and said, "that's what happens with a last minute reservation." I asked if there would be a discount for the change, he said, "No we don't do that." So we get there and the room is nice and everything is perfect, except the AC doesn't work. So my guess is that someone had a 2 queen reservation, didn't like the room, and the night desk person gave them our room to make them happy. I called the front desk to let them know that the AC wasn't working and he said that someone would be there soon, no one showed. In the morning when we were checking out after not sleeping well at all, I gave our keys to the morning desk person and gave her a heads up about the AC not working, she actually asked, "How can I make it right?", I had no idea at the time because I was so tired, and now that I think about it I wonder why the night desk person couldn't have offered something. But oh well, we got a terrible night of sleep because it was so warm in the room, and even missed breakfast because we were so tired. I hope y'all have a much better experience than we did. The Hotel was very nice and clean. The service was what made it a great stay. All members at the front desk were super nice and extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely stay again in the future and recommend this Hotel to others. Great Job!!!!!

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, great view from our room and excellent breakfast. The cleaning staff were very attentive. However, the best part of our stay was the Customer service and welcome we received from Adriana. From the moment we arrived going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She remained very pleasant, continued to answer phones and took care of other guests at the same time. During our entire stay her level of Customer Service was exceptional.
