worst place to stay.. there were roaches all over... restroom door wasnt closing... comforter has holes in it... we booked rodeway but they gave us room in other building. room booked for two queen beds has one queen and other futon in it...

STAY AWAY! Nobody at Front Desk to Check-In at 11:30 PM, Waited for Security to come for about 35 minutes, and get to the room & the key does not work. Security comes up and opens the door with Master Key - yeah there was definitely somebody in the room. Then calls management and tells him to take us to another room. Luckily that room was empty, but the Bed Comforter had cigarette bud burns all over it. At this point, we are so exhausted that we power through. Go to the Bathroom & the toilet is not working. Ask for a refund & they say No. I get it is an affordable hotel, but goodness at least have a clean room & working toilet. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

The rooms are clean but nothing fancy. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The management has been very willing to help work out problems with a payment of-course they need to be compensated for room and services they will do their best to work with you. The security is on the ball and have witnessed them taking action quickly.

Warmly greeted upon check in. Room on 2nd floor with a view to the east. Security was present the majority of 24 hours daily. It looks as though the majority of rooms are occupied by either traveling work crews or small families. It appears that several amenities are in disrepair or possibly there is a backlog on required items to complete. It appears that coffee is available when front desk is staffed. There was not a coffee maker in the room. It did have a microwave and refrigerator as well as a dinette, dresser, nightstand, lamps, flat screen tv and 3 large mirrors. The tile floor is different but I do like it. Rule of thumb is carpet is more sound absorbent for upstairs units. Overall, I am pleased with my time at property.
